Welcome to Royalistic Beds. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website and purchasing products from us. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Royalistic Beds. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Royalistic Beds.

2. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this site. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may damage, disrupt or affect the performance of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access to the website if we believe our terms have been breached.

3. Product Information

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, fabrics, sizes, features and descriptions. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and device display.

As many of our beds are handmade in Britain, minor variations may occur. Dimensions may vary by approximately ±2cm due to the handmade nature of our products.

Product images are for display purposes only. Mattresses, bedding, pillows, accessories and room decorations are not included unless clearly stated in the product description.

4. Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it by email or begin processing your order.

Please ensure all order details are correct before checkout, including size, colour, fabric, storage option, delivery address and contact information.

Once production has started on a handmade, made-to-order or customised product, changes may not be possible. If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made at the time of order unless a finance option has been selected and approved. We use secure third-party payment providers to process payments.

6. Finance Options

Where available, 0% finance or other finance options may be offered through a third-party finance provider. Finance approval is subject to the finance provider’s own checks, terms and conditions.

Royalistic Beds is not responsible for the approval, refusal or management of finance agreements. Please read the finance provider’s terms carefully before applying.

7. Delivery

We offer UK delivery as stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product type, production time, courier availability, location and external delays.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and ensure there is suitable access to your property for the product ordered. This includes checking doorways, staircases, hallways, lifts and room access before placing an order.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, missed appointments, restricted access or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Checking Your Order on Delivery

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order details.

9. Returns & Cancellations

For eligible non-custom products purchased online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item after informing us of your cancellation.

We also offer a 30-day returns policy on eligible products, unless the product is excluded from returns as explained below.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, clean and in suitable protective packaging.

You are responsible for return delivery costs unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

10. Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products

Many Royalistic Beds products are handmade or made to order based on your selected size, colour, fabric, storage option, headboard style or other choices.

Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

11. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos where possible.

Where a fault is confirmed, we may offer a repair, replacement, replacement part, refund or another suitable solution depending on the issue.

12. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Refund times may vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment provider.

We may deduct from the refund if the item has been used, damaged, assembled, marked, handled beyond what is necessary, or returned without suitable protection.

13. Warranty

Royalistic Beds offers a 24-month warranty on eligible products, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal household use. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear, incorrect assembly, improper storage, fabric marks caused by use, damage caused during moving, or damage caused by third-party couriers, fitters or installers.

14. Assembly & Installation

Some products may require assembly. Please follow any instructions provided with your product. Incorrect assembly may cause damage and could affect your warranty.

15. Product Care

You are responsible for caring for your product correctly. Keep upholstered products away from excessive moisture, direct heat, sharp objects, strong sunlight and harsh cleaning products.

Fabric colours and textures may naturally change over time with use, lighting and cleaning. This is considered normal wear and tear.

16. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions and design elements, belongs to Royalistic Beds or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, edit or use our website content for commercial purposes without written permission from us.

17. Errors & Availability

We try to ensure that all information on our website is accurate. However, mistakes may occasionally occur, including pricing errors, stock errors, product information errors or image errors.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders or refuse orders where information is inaccurate or incomplete.

18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Royalistic Beds is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or damage caused by misuse of products, incorrect assembly, unsuitable room access, third-party handling or events outside our control.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer service and improve our services.
